Yoga Nidra is a form of “constructive rest” that allows your mind and body to deeply heal. It’s also the easiest meditation you’ll ever do! All you have to do is lie down and listen to the sound of the teacher’s voice, so this is the perfect session to try if you’re new to meditation.
