Starting with our Hot Cocoa Stroll on Friday night from 4-6 pm, sip on delectable cocoa and explore the shops as they showcase their amazing selection of holiday gifts. Immerse yourself in the magical atmosphere created by dazzling decorations and merry music, setting the perfect backdrop for a delightful shopping experience. 

On Saturday, enjoy the enchantment of horse-drawn carriage rides from noon to 4 pm, adding a touch of nostalgia to your day. Let the rhythmic clip-clop of hooves take you on a whimsical journey through the heart of Downtown Freeport. And don’t forget to keep an ear out for the festive music that will fill the air, adding an extra dose of merriment to your experience. 

As the sun sets, gather at the Stephenson County Courthouse at 5 pm for our Hero Tree Lighting ceremony, honoring those who have served our community. Witness the magic as the lights illuminate the tree, spreading a message of hope and gratitude to all.
